It's come to my attention that I am not the only one of my friends who happens to be almost entirely lost right now. Shawn's blog basically screams "directionless". Scott's never really known. Well, fok-all. Add me to the list. Y'know, that list that adults keep.

Those kids. I'm one of those kids. I have about twenty billion options, with my marks the way they are, but none of the twenty billion options happen to scream "AWESOME" at me. I could be an Auror, but I really don't want to. I could be a Hitwizard, but I really don't want to. I could work anywhere in the Ministry, actually. But I don't want to. I could get a job at the school. Don't wanna. Quidditch? Thought about it. Don't wanna.

So what, exactly, do I want to do?

Haven't got a sodding clue. Isn't that nice? I'm about to hop a train back to school and spend my last term killing myself with classes... And for what? To go right back to where I started before I was in school: Cluelessness. A vast, vast ocean of cluelessness.

I should just work some sucky two-bit job and live in a shitty flat and play at bars and clubs and shit at night. See if I can actually make a name for myself.

Ha. Ha, ha, ha. No idea. None at all. Great.

Gotta go pack some shit.

Yeah. I know the feeling. I wonder what mum and dad would think if I told them that singing in some bar for chump change every night sounded more appealing than anything the Ministry had to offer? I know how much they've been on Scott lately, so I probably won't mention it just yet.

And hey, you never know! With your skills on the guitar, you could probably get pretty far. I know I'd listen to your music!
