Neville had rushed to the hospital as soon as she heard, in a near-panic. Coming back into her life had only made her life worse. That thought was all that lingered in the back of his mind as he begged for the location of his wife, and rushed to her room. He hurried to her side, grabbing a chair and pulling it over. She was unconscious. She was alive, but she was unconscious. "Bridie..." he whispered hoarsely, tears in his eyes.
He took her hand, stroking over her knuckles with a finger lightly. "My beautiful Bridie... Please..." Neville closed his eyes and allowed the tears to fall, leaning forward and placing a kiss to her cheek. "You'll be alright. I'm here..."

Well, this couldn't have been going any more terribly than it was. Neville sighed, looking away from her and pulling his hand back. He withdrew contact from her, his heart hurting. "Bridie, I love you - I just want you to be alright. Please... Please wake up..."
He wondered, now, if he should've just stayed in Ireland. Maybe she would've been safer. Neville leaned forward, resting his head to the mattress next to her and closing his eyes.
